  Great hotel! Stayed here for 2 nights for my hudbands graduation from basic training. They gave us directions to the base and were very helpful with restaurant recomendation. The breakfast that theu serve is delicious! Beds wete very comfy! My daughter even slept the whole night in the crib they provided. I would definitely recomend staying here.

  The problems we encountered were first, they would not take Discover as payment. As a Holiday Inn, the website said nothing about this and even let me reserve the room with that card. I had to use a card with foreign transaction fees to pay for the night. I would've never stayed here for that reason alone!

  Great location when heading to Jay Peak and want to spend the night before crossing the border. Phillipe, the night concierge was magnificent. Clean hotel, has a pool and share a parking lot with a Boston Pizza and Tim Hortons.

  On a last note, the elevator in the hotel was amazing--push the buttons to operate.

  Excellent staff and support. When it was booked up, their staff offered alternatives and called me a cab; later, when I was able to get a room, it was clean, quiet and very enjoyable.

  On a good note, the staff was VERY friendly! We traveled to Quebec as an experience for my daughters who have studied French for years in school. The staff was very pleasant to speak to in French and in English- thanks!

  Fourth, make sure you have a locking gas cap. Our gas 'vanished' overnight. Yes I know I should have one that locks, but I'm driving a rental and you get what you get. However, that was a costly mistake, especially in Canada!

  *Update 7/17 -- Hotel management contacted me to let me know they were looking into the issue of taking Discover as a form of payment and also that they had ordered a new Crepe Machine.

  Third, as a treat for staying in a French speaking area, I was thrilled to have my family be able to make crepes for breakfast instead of the traditional American waffles offered at U.S. hotels. NOPE! Crepe maker was broke -- which from the sign, looked like it had been for awhile.

  It appears to be popular with hockey teams this time of year. But despite the crowd we had a restful night sleep as we were in a corner away from the group. But breakfast bar was quite busy in the morning so hard to find a spot to sit down and eat. But good selection of food and tasty pancakes.
